Model 28 Hexagon clear acrylic aquarium,  18" X 18" X 20" TALL  ( Dimensions are based on measuring from one Flat panel to its opposing Flat panel, then height ),
includes clear Light Plate or empty Light Hood and lifetime warranty. All acrylic material is domestic cast, all aquarium seams are chemically bonded together and all tanks incorporate a solid, non-removable top panel for added structural support. Skillfully crafted within each top panel are holes for heaters, slots for power filters, large openings for access and stylish rounded / bent front corners.
All acrylic panels are clear and optional colored backs are available in light blue, dark blue or black ( see Background choices above ).
Included into these Clear-For-Life acrylic aquariums is either a clear Poly Carbonate Light Plate or empty Black ABS Light Hood, both serve as covers for the main opening on top of the tank. You can UPGRADE the clear Light Plate to include a LED Light Fixture. We offer the CURRENT brand Satellite low profile LED Lighting fixture as an option. The Satellite LED has a  bright 6500K white and 445nm blue LEDs that come together in low voltage, 12V DC, sleek unit making it super safe for aquarium use. This fixture also features independent control allowing users to select a range of color modes. Sliding legs allow for a quick and easy installation. This Clear-for-Life brand acrylic aquarium carries a lifetime warranty ( see Clear-for-Life in the Warranty below ).
LEAD TIME - These tanks are manufactured as ordered and in most cases are not in stock, DUE TO THE COVIC-19 PANDEMIC AND THE GOVERNMENTS PRIORITY TOWARDS FACE MASK PRODUCTION OUR DELIVERY TIME ON ACRYLIC AQUARIUMS CAN BE 3 TO 5 WEEKS.
WARRANTY - Clear-For-Life Limited Lifetime Warranty, Acrylic Aquarium.
This aquarium is warranted to the original purchaser against leaks due to manufacturer’s workmanship for as long as the aquarium is in his or her possession.  This warranty is valid only under the following conditions:  Additions, modifications or changes made to the aquarium by the purchaser and not by the manufacturer shall void this warranty.  Manufacturer will not be responsible for any damages if the aquarium has been abused or mishandled, subjected to physical uses and abuse so as to causes leaks in the aquarium.  Damages brought about by use of any stands aside from the recommended aquarium stands that provide full and solid support to the entire bottom of the aquarium, scratches and crazing caused by use of cleaning materials other than those strictly for acrylic, and repairs by anyone other than the manufacturer will also void this warranty.  Cracking and/or breakage of the aquarium top due to excessive heat and/or lighting IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.  ADEQUATE VENTILATION ON TOP OF THE AQUARIUM IS CRITICAL.  This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the aquarium.  The liability of the manufacturer is limited to the replacement value of the aquarium and shall not be liable for the replacement of livestock or any other incidental or consequential damages or any acts of nature. The aquarium will be repaired or replaced by Advance Aqua Tanks, at our option, during the first two years from the date of purchase at no additional cost to the purchaser.  Repair or replacement value from year two to year four will be limited to 40% of the prevailing Advance Aqua Tanks dealer price.  Repair or replacement value from year four and on will be limited to 20% of the prevailing Advance Aqua Tanks dealer price. The warranty card must be filled out completely and returned within ten (10) days from date or purchase.  Failure to do so will void this warranty.  Upon discovery of the defect, the aquarium should be cleaned and sent freight prepaid to:  Advance Aqua Tanks, 515 W. 130th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90061.  A proof of purchase from an authorized dealer must be provided when making a warranty claim.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
The warranty card must be filled out completely and returned within ten (10) days after the receipt of the purchase. Failure to do so will void this warranty.
Upon discovery of the damaged or defect tank, This EBAY Reseller should be notified, and if needed the aquarium should be cleaned and sent freight prepaid to Advance Aqua Tanks, 525 W. 130th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90061. A proof of purchase must be provided when making a warranty claim. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Do not use ammonia based products on the aquarium. There is always the possibility of variations in, or slight imperfections in acrylic. These are not a reason for refusing the shipment or filing any complaint.
SHIPPING - We will packaged your tank in a secure rigid cardboard box that has the aquarium ‘nested’ between expanding foam pillows inside the box. I have shipped many aquariums this manner with truly minimal issues, and I do not expect you to have any issues either.
We do ask that you pay special attention to the following:
Do not destroy or discard the shipping box. If there is a need to file a Damage Claim or to return the shipment you will need this box.
You must inspect all items that we have sent you before you sign for the shipment. You must make certain that everything that you ordered is within the package(s).  We expect all products purchased by you and shipped to you to by us to arrive in excellent condition.  However, it is your obligation to check all items carefully. Should there be anything wrong with the shipment do not accept it.
Once you except the shipment there is a seven day period from the delivery date that we can still report a Damage Claim to Federal Express. They will need to inspect the shipping box and see the damaged product that arrived inside it. No claim can be made for any shipping damage after the seven days or that could have been discovered by a through examination prior to acceptance of and signing for the shipment.
RETURNS -   All Returns are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE, must be shipped back to the ( Los Angeles CA ) manufacture, at the Buyers expense, and must be in the original protective plastic wrapping and placed into the original nested cardboard packaging. Any damage during its return is the responsibility of the sender to resolve. An aquarium that has been used or had water put into it is no longer returnable. All orders returned are pending inspection by the manufacture to determine if the tank is resalable and are then define if the Return is acceptable.
