    Description

Brand new oil line kit ready to install for all early model seadoos with 787 and 951 engines. Will not fit older engines (587 to 717). Kit includes all parts needed to swap your small oil injection lines safely and quickly, ready to install. These are not the big lines from the tank, they are the tiny injection lines coming out of the pump--the ones that crack often and blow up your engine.
Just cut off your old lines and push on the new ones, and gently crimp the clamps. No need to measure lines or anything, they are already the correct length and diameter. You can do it in 5 minutes with this kit. Let me know in the paypal comments if your engine is a 951 or a 787, as they are slightly different.
The clamps included are OEM made in Germany oetiker stainless steel double pinch clamps just like you find from the factory. The oil line is the same size replacement as original factory lines and is fuel/oil resistant made in USA Tygon line (Manufacturer: Saint Gobain). This is the real stuff and not cheap knock off material that has been known to deteriorate. Better than the original lines. If you've been around seadoos you know the oil lines crack and cause engines failures all the time, and are the leading cause of engine failures on 2 stroke seadoos. It's not the oil pumps that typically fail, it's the lines. Changing the lines is not hard, and its not dangerous. You just have to crimp the clamps with oetiker pliers or side cutters gently enough to retain the lines and make sure you dont overtighten them and rip the lines. You won't need to do it again for another 5 or 10 years if you do it right. And you can rest assured you won't starve your engine for oil and blow it up, a sad but common story on these old skis. If you have the original oil lines on a 2 stroke seadoo your ski is a ticking time bomb, and full engine rebuilds typically run in the 0+ range. I know because I do them. It's not worth chancing. If you have your Seadoo torn down, consider changing the fuel lines and redoing the carbs with stainless screws as well (see my other items….if you are buying several items call for better pricing)
